This Privacy Policy explains how Nintai Studios (operated by Gor Barsegian) ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Nintai mobile application (the "App").

1) Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

Depending on features you use, we may collect:

• Account data: email address (login/account), optional profile fields
• Basic profile/fitness inputs: date of birth, gender, height, weight, activity level
• Workout data: workouts selected, completion, sets/reps/rest and similar training logs (as used in the App)
• Nutrition data: meal logs, calories/macros, weight tracking (if you use these features)
• User Content: profile avatar/photos or images you upload (optional)

1.2 Subscription and purchase information

We receive subscription status and identifiers needed to confirm access (for example: subscription entitlement status, product IDs, transaction identifiers). Payments are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store and related providers (e.g., RevenueCat).

1.3 Technical and usage data

We and our service providers may collect limited technical data such as:

• device type and OS version
• app version
• timestamps
• crash/error diagnostics
• approximate network data (such as IP address) used for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability

2) How we use your information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts and authentication
• provide core app functionality (workouts, nutrition tracking, progress)
• personalize recommendations and experience
• manage subscription access and entitlement status
• improve stability, performance, and features (including debugging and crash analysis)
• comply with legal and platform requirements, prevent abuse/fraud, and enforce our Terms

3) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that help run the App (for example: Firebase for authentication/database/storage; RevenueCat for subscription management), under contractual protections
• Platform providers (Google Play / Apple App Store) for billing and subscription management
• Legal / safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
• Business changes: if the App is transferred (merger/acquisition), information may transfer subject to this Policy

4) Data storage and security

We store data using industry-standard cloud services. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

5) Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to:

• provide the App and your account
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent abuse

Some records may be retained in backups for a limited period, and some non-identifying aggregated analytics may be retained longer.

6) Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the App (Settings).

When you delete your account:

• we remove or de-identify your personal data from active systems within a reasonable time
• some limited data may remain if required by law or needed for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
• subscriptions are not automatically canceled and must be managed through Google Play / App Store

7) Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

• access and correct your data
• delete your data
• object to certain processing

8) Children

The App is intended primarily for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a minor has provided personal data without proper permission, contact us.

9) International use

10) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Policy.
